From the highly esteemed Oliver Peoples comes a new sunglass collection, we are honored to welcome to the site Oliver Peoples West.
The logo is evolved from the Oliver Peoples brand symbolism, and is seen as a setting / rising sun.
Oliver Peoples West was created as a celebration of their Southern Californian heritage. The designs are kept clean, contemporary, and classic, with the subtle aesthetic that Oliver Peoples is renowned for. However every detail, from the materials, to the colors, to even the frame names, has been meticulously chosen and geared toward a sun-drenched west coast lifestyle.
The colors of California — Lens colors include: “California Gold”, “Canyon”, and their signature “Maliblu”. A reflection of the Pacific Ocean and the sky, the blue hue is part of Oliver Peoples’ DNA — a throwback to a colorway that began in their Malibu store. As such, all frame styles come in the pacific blue lenses which are both polarized and mirrored.
Notable features throughout the collection include temples which combine titanium and acetate for strength and all-day comfort. In addition, every single frame has light weight polarized lenses. Polarized lenses eliminate reflective glare and optimize visual clarity in any situation, whether it be the ocean or the city streets.
Inspired by sailcloth and its rugged use outdoors, the multifunctional case is made from a strong durable canvas. It has slots to hold the frame, credit cards, cash, and certain phones; perfect for a day at the beach or pool.
